Hello everybody,

I suppose that most of you use photoshop or tools like that in order to "make up" or create your pictures...

It's been a long time that I can see some stunning deviations on Dev Art which I'm quite sure a plugin or a specific filter has been used to make it.

So, I'm looking for the most complete list of plugins/filters (packs or not, free or not) please. Especially those which tranform atmosphear, colours and light of the picture.

I'm gonna browse the web in order to find things and I will update and submit the links that I found.
